The fourth and final module of the training cycle “Transform Your Work: New Tools to Enhance Your Organization’s Impact”, carried out with the support of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, brought together more than 50 committed organizations focused on strengthening their capacities in the face of the current challenges of the social sector.
In this edition, focused on Social Impact Evaluation and Results Measurement, participants explored how to measure, analyze, and communicate the true scope of their interventions.
Natalia Aquilino, a specialist in Program Evaluation and Monitoring, shared key insights on implementing systematic processes to identify the real changes generated by projects and to distinguish results evaluation from impact evaluation.
Tomás Argarate, Manager at ZIGLA, presented practical tools for designing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) strategies, and introduced ZIGLA AI, an innovative artificial intelligence–based tool that enables organizations across Latin America to create social and environmental impact indicators free of charge.
