- Awards and special calls (e.g., BBVA Foundation).
- Crowdfunding platforms such as GlobalGiving, with personalized guidance.
- Donor landscaping: identification of funding sources to strengthen CSO sustainability.
INNOVATION
LABS
Innovation Labs are spaces for training and creative learning for organizations, fostering interconnection among different social actors. Through the co-creation of strategies that emerge from civil society representatives, with the support of other stakeholders, current challenges are analyzed and real, innovative solutions are sought. The methodology is based on Design Thinking principles and adapted to Latin American and Caribbean contexts. The aim is for participating CSO representatives to empathize and define the problem, then ideate possible solutions, and subsequently prototype social innovation projects, seeking the implementation of the winning project with a seed capital grant awarded at the end of the lab.
DIVERSITY AND
INCLUSION
DEVELOPMENT OF
INSTITUTIONAL PROCEDURES
We actively participate in the development of institutional procedures that help establish a strategic and standardized framework for CSOs to use and replicate within each organization.
-
STRATEGIC PLANNING
We support social organizations in shaping their planning process. Strategic Planning for Changing Scenarios is a core component of the process carried out between 2019 and 2020, and its results present the roadmap that RACI will follow over the next five years. These processes, together with the design of manuals, rules, and procedures, contribute to strengthening civil society through institutional development.
